Project Overview
Esplanade is a masterplan that reimagines Darwin’s coastline as a vibrant and diverse urban district. The design includes luxury hotels, a marina, a public esplanade, and a central botanical garden, creating a balance between leisure, commerce, and nature. One part of the concept draws inspiration from Santorini’s whitewashed houses, giving the project a Mediterranean charm. The goal of the visualization was to convey not only the architectural elements but also the atmosphere of future activity.
The aerial perspectives highlight scale, connectivity, and the relationship between built form and tropical landscape.
